Let’s face it, most of us don’t spend enough time in nature.

We get caught up in our J O B’s and our routines and often forget to get outside and connect to Mother Earth.

Especially now, given all of the stress and anxiety from the Coronavirus pandemic, it is all the more reason to get outside and breathe in fresh air.

Ground yourself barefoot in some grass.

Go swimming in a natural body of water.

Just sit under a tree and meditate.

You will find yourself much more balanced and happy if you do!
